Economic Globalization

The economic environment extends across countries and across countries. Therefore, trading companies played an important role in the national economy. In particular, the nationally recognized firm played a major role not only in the economy but also in world politics. It was important for the company to make profits within the country, but the most important thing was to enter the world economy through trade. And this has become the cornerstone of today's world trade and services companies.
The advent of world trade and service companies has created the concept of multinational corporations. Over the last 50 years, the number of multinationals has surged. A multinational corporation is defined as a company that, although not currently owned, has the authority to coordinate and control operations in various countries. Multinational corporations account for more than a tenth of the global economy. Within the concept of globalization, we define them as global corporations. The company operates in a variety of ways depending on the political, social and cultural environment of each country.
With the advent of global corporations, FDI has grown at a rapid pace. We prove that the importance of multinational corporations is growing. Most multinational companies are from developed countries. The share of FDI in developing countries has increased but is still small. However, it is true that the number of multinational corporations is growing, and the influence of multinational corporations is enormous.
Transnational corporations are undoubtedly one of the most important of the major players in the modern world economy. There is no doubt that their importance is growing. Many companies are transforming into transnational in the early stages of development. But multinationals are often more diverse than they are perceived. Not everyone is a 'global' company. In fact, multinational corporations exist in a variety of forms and sizes, and there are significant differences between multinational corporations in different countries. The organization and terrain of huge multinational corporations and multinational production networks are very complex and dynamic. In a very practical sense, the world economy can portray a complex network of localized clusters in various ways as different types of corporate networks. This type of corporate network varies greatly geographically.
2. Interesting Point
1) It is interesting that multinational corporations do not spread to different countries in the same way but are influenced by the social, cultural and political environment of their respective countries. I have learned that globalization does not mean that the world economy is integrated into one, but that it is the most necessary part to understand the unique culture of each country. Economic globalization, therefore, can not be free from the effects of geography and the environment.
2) The image of globalization has been felt to be equal. But the fact that the head office of a multinational corporation is in my home country has told me that my thoughts are wrong. I thought that globalization might not fit well with words such as equality and peace. Though this idea may be a trite idea that may be trapped in conspiracy theories to make any progress, there must be a clear debate in our society.
3. Discussion Point
1) I would like to present the discussion distance with an extension of two interesting points. Even if it is a multinational corporation, the company's main city remains in its home country. And the home country will be mostly developed countries. Ultimately, the limits of economic globalization arise here. Unlike the prospect that the distribution of global hard goods will be solved due to the emergence of multinational corporations, it may happen that developed countries use the cheap prices of developing countries to monopolize their economies in developed countries. Is the future of economic globalization a blessing to our humanity?
2) Recently, the UK withdrew from the EU. Experts analyze Britain as a strategy to be stronger, not a coexistent politics. Perhaps the future of economic globalization may be another division of the world economy.
