Q1. How would we define globalization?
I think 'Globalization' is the process by which the world is integrated into one. Because of the increased interdependence among countries. This makes the world one. And the basis of globalization is the economy. This is due to the interdependence of countries by the economy. But globalization is not limited to the economy. Culture is also an important element of globalization. Due to globalization, cultural exchanges are becoming more active, and the integration of cultures between countries is being achieved. In other words, globalization is the integration of the world by culture and economy.

Q2. How could a fusion culture look in 100 years?
Fusion culture is a new culture created by combining different cultures.I think the fusion culture can develop into two cases. One thing has evolved into a very diverse form. This is a good example of the convergence culture developed without losing diversity. However, in other cases, the fusion culture may disappear due to the dominant culture. This is a bad situation where the diversity of culture has disappeared. The future is changed by our efforts. Therefore, the fusion culture will be different according to our efforts.

Q3. How could we measure cultural globalization?
I think this can be measured by 'YouTube' or 'Google'. Because in Google or YouTube we can see how many people have searched for a particular things. For example, YouTube views and search logs for Korean culture show how many people have come to know about Korean culture. Other things might be 'social network service' or other 'internet sites'.

Q4. What are the most visible (successful) Korean wave elements in the world?
I think the biggest element of the Korean wave is 'k pop' and 'TV broadcasting'. This is because they make people interested in Korean culture. Fans of broadcasting and K pop are naturally interested in Korea and are looking for Korea. Fans are growing and their interest in Korean culture is increasing. This makes Korean culture more widely known to the world. That's why I think 'K pop' and 'TV broadcasting' are the most successful Korean wave elements.

  2. I believe that the globalization is an integration or a mixing of every aspects of cultures. So I agree with your opinion that 'the globalization is an integration of economy and culture'. However, since I can't come up with specific example, for that the globalization is an integration of economy, it would be great if you can suggest an example for that point.

Also, it is impressive that you suggested two possibilities of how the fusion of culture would look like in the future. So I want to know how you predict the future of fusion culture.
