 As i read on the previous assignment and lecture, Globalization is multidimensional. So it is hard to define Globalization in one concept. So in political dimension, Globalization seem to show another aspect of society.First, it mentions the current state of affairs in the world. As the cold war ends, World seem to adopt democracy based on the parliamentary nationstate. The Democratic government seem to be the most ideal system as the Soviet union and many other communist country collapsed. This is called 'end of history'. This does not mean that all the conflict and war against each other has been disappeared. This means that liberal democracy has been widely accepted by world and it seems that there is no other system which can replace liberal democracy. And to understand political Globalization, we have to pay attention to the world's global normative culture. politics is framed in terms of global discourses due to democratic political communciation. John meyer stated that the global culture which provides a frame of reference for a world has appeared. By understanding current situation of the world, i focused on three dynamics of the political Globalization. the tramsformation of the nation state, Narionality, and Citizenship and the public sphere and public communication, and civil society and space and borders.

 The traditional nation state has been transformed. Due to Economic Globalization and transnational authority such as EU. For example, EU has many independent regulatory on numerous dimensions of society. It possess many power against multiple countries. By looking at this fact, we can devise that the nation state does not disappeaar but it transforms. And by Global normative culture, nationality and citizenship has been decoupled. nation and state havebecome different and nations are globalized. and state has lost sovereignty oever the state. The world seems to be denationalized and non -terrirorial.

 The Communication is important for politics. For that reason global public discourse has been emereged. It is imporatnt to recognize that Global and Social world is not different Society consists  Global so it is possible to see Global issue Through Society. Next, The 'civil societalization' of politics has emerged. This reinforced the idea that politics is infomed by normative global culture and points to the transformation of the nation-state as a site of political struggle. The global civic society has the power to claim or organize to resist on global hegemony.

As glboalization of civil society shows, the local norms and practices has been universalized and transnational connectivity has emerged. The centrality of global civil society constructed the global network. There are two things to focus due to Globalization's effect on political space and borders. first is that the network is contructed and this made geographical limits disappear. The society no longer need to rely on a space. second , cosmopolitanization. It made new space. The global has been one space to politics. it generated whole new type of approach t o connectivity bewteen society.

The world has been changed due to global relations and changes. Now the world is not statecentric and many netwroks has been constructed. This  accerlated political-globalization more powerfully and quickly. There are many types of Globalization. Because Globalization is multidimensional thing. For example, there is Economic Globalization, Cultural Globalization, and Political globalization. I think all of these aspects of society(Economy, culture , politics...) are interconnected. So, Globalization of these aspects of society is also interconnected with each other. As one asepct of globalization grows, the others may grow too. politics is one of the most important aspect in society.

The interesting thing is that world seem to have uniformed political system. The 'liberal demcoratic' system. As history proves, it seems that liberal democratic is the ideal system on these days. but i think that 'The end of history' is wrong. As the time changes and society chagnes, The history may start again. system and political structures are not fixed and perfect. There are many possibilities to change societic forms.

There are many arguments on Globalization that globaliztion is emphasizing the importance of the nation's key entity, as the nation's intergovernmentally-integrated interdependencies are expanding.
And the existing sovereignty was managed vertically by the central government, but it is becoming increasingly weak. Therefore, they argue that alternative governance is needed. and political globalization has to be rejected. For this reason, we have to wonder what extent to allow society for globalization.
