Q1. How would we define globalization?

I think, ‘Globalization’is out of the country. Advances in Internet Technology, people report the news. Without seeing. Recently, a hurricane hit the United states and an earthquake occurred in Mexico. When the event occurred, koreans also checked in real-time. We are about 11,163 miles away from the USA. But people who are not American are sad and comforting together. And they try to help. As if it were their country. So I think this is ‘Globalization’
Thin is very interesting. Even if it occured a case in a country far away, people respond to it. and they are sad and happy together.
In the end, ‘globalization’ makes people go beyond national or national borders. And they can share their concerns with people around the world. For example, K-pop is widely spread throughout Europe and East Asia.

But while studying globalization, I have a new question. In the age of globalization, can people's national or nationality become meaningless? I think people like to belong somewhere. Because it is stable. Globalization has intensified, can a nation or nationality become meaningless to people?

Q2. How could a fusion culture look in 100 year?

I think there will be no fusion culture in 100 years. As the technology advanced, AI emerged. I think the world will come to a world where AI controlled culture. And I think fusion culture can not be developed in such a world. Rather, human culture will disappear and the machine culture will spread.
People are getting used to machines all over the world. Everyone in the world uses social networking sites and uses the Internet. In this situation, the fusion culture could disappear 100 years later.

Q1. What are the most visible (successful) Korean wave elements in the world?

Through SNS, the popularity of Korean wave is easily recognizable.
Young people in foreign countries like Korean dramas or music. (In Wikipedia, ' BTS ' is ranked fifth in the search list. And exo too.) Foreigners also learn Korean to watch Korean dramas. Also, foreigners start with dramas or music and access other elements of Korean culture. Korean food is one of those elements. In ' YouTube, ' there are many programs devoted to Korean cuisine. Starting in New York, Korean food spread throughout the world.
For example, Europe's YouTube channel ' TASTY ' began introducing the recipe for Korean food. Belgium began making TV programs on the subject of ‘korean Food’. A Korean restaurant in London has been listed on the list of ' Michelin Guide ' for three years.
It shows the popularity of ' Korea food ' spread abroad.
